Improve your margins through well-planned and managed outbound logistics
Margins are tight and it’s important that any savings that accrue from tapping into the global supply chain are realised. How effective are you taking advantage of the potential margin improvements you can generate from having a well-structured approach to global supply chain issues? Many of our clients understandably concentrate on generating revenue from entering new international markets but overlook that those same markets could also supply corresponding cost reductions. International expansion can thus become a double-whammy – increased revenue and margin.
We can help you capitalise on the undoubted benefits of creating an effective balance between lean and agile on a global scale whilst also helping you to deliver an appropriate risk management strategy.
Think Global Growth are experts in Global Supply Chain and Outbound Logistics and help clients maximise the returns that can result from Global Supply Chain optimisation. Our experts, led by Neil Moon, can analyse your current model, suggest improvements and scour the globe to find the best solution for your company.
As always, we want to share the cost-burden with you and our win-win fee approach usually follows the structure below:
- An initial assessment of your current supply chain position with a view to spotting improvements and significant costs savings. A nominal fee is charged for this process.
- The production of a detailed report and ongoing implementation plan looking at how costs can be saved in the short, medium and long-term. A nominal fee is also charged for this element.
- We will work with you on the implementation phase of the plan and help deliver the identified cost savings. We will take a small percentage of the value generated over a three to five year period.
This way, you get the benefit of our expertise and network but the bulk of our fees only really kick-in as you start to see the value coming through. We see this as a win-win situation – we only really benefit when you start to.
