Think Global Growth’s CEO was recently in New York with global legal giant White & Case. Keith works extensively in the legal field, advising partners and associates on the complexities of working on complex cross-border matters. Keith helps lawyers to improve their understanding of the depth to which differing cultural approaches to commercial matters can impact when working with international colleagues, clients, counterparties and other stake holders.
On this occasion Keith was asked to be an integral part of White & Case’s new lawyer induction programme and put the new recruits through a series of exercises and simulations, helping them to begin to develop their levels of global cultural fluency.
Hot foot from New York he was off to Hamburg to repeat the process with the new recruits to the European offices of the firm.
