TGG is very proud to be sponsoring a recent creative venture conducted by students from Leeds Trinity University, documenting the story of Keith Madeley and his role as Mr Yorkshire. The premiere of this video takes place at 8.30am on 5th July in the Everyman Cinema in Trinity Centre, Leeds.
The video exhibits what Keith Madeley does in his career. The students travelled with Keith throughout Yorkshire, and interviewed various different business/education leaders as well as individuals who are contributing to life in Yorkshire.
Keith – or as he is affectionately known, Mr Yorkshire – is a businessman from Bradford, who was a Company Chairman and Financial Management Professional, and is now involved in a variety of Yorkshire community activities. His wide links in Yorkshire and beyond have resulted in strong corporate and community networking abilities. Mr Madeley has a wide range of achievements and roles in Yorkshire; he has been the chairman of the Yorkshire Society since 2002, launched the People’s Regeneration Fund, serves on the council of Leeds Minster, the Prince’s Trust and a number of other bodies. Due to his commitment to assisting the disadvantaged, and improving life in Yorkshire he was awarded an MBE in 2011 for community service.
TGG is honoured to be sponsoring this video which promotes the wonderful work Keith Madeley has achieved and the hard work the Leeds Trinity students put into the video, all contributing to the Yorkshire business community.
Other sponsors of the Mr Yorkshire documentary include RBS Entrepreneurial Spark, Leeds Trinity University, Stratstone Mercedes Leeds, and Jelf Insurance Partnership.
